What we keep

We keep the details you give us to run your account: your name, email, student number, course progress, submissions, grades and applications. Only you, your instructors and administrators can see the parts they need.

Advertising

Alcott Academy shows promotions for its own programs and courses, and may show approved sponsors. Every promotion is clearly labelled "Promoted" or "Sponsored", and you can hide any promotion with its close button. We never show promotions inside quizzes or assignments.

We count how many times a promotion is shown and clicked. These counts are anonymous totals: they are not linked to your name, email or account. We do not sell or share your personal details with sponsors; they only receive total views and clicks.

Your choices

You can update your details in Account settings. To ask us to delete your account or data, contact the Alcott Academy administrators.
